Cancellation Policy
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation, or the phone calls prior to appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment. If full payment is not received for the no call no show, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Sierrenityskin. Sierrenityskin reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not shown up for. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our spa. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

What does the skin consultation include?
Sierra will do a skin analysis, talk about skincare goals, and what you're currently using. Be prepared to spend anywhere from $150-$300 on products, depending on budget & skincare goals. This ensures you have the best results for your skincare goals.
How will I get in contact with you for our virtual appointment?
Sierra will reach out to you via FaceTime if you have an iPhone. If you do not have an iPhone, please email Sierrenityskin@yahoo.com & we will provide a link.
What happens if I am sick & cannot make my appointment?
There is a cancellation policy. 50% of the scheduled service if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
How much should I budget for a first time appointment? (Including service)
We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1,000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skincare goals. Sierra prefers for each & every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin starts at home, which is 80% of your skincare. The other 20% is treatments. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Sierra will most likely start you off on a simple regimen. We work with both small & big budget, but be prepared to invest in your skin.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of the total service cost will be charged. If you no-call, no-show, the full amount (100% of the scheduled services) will be charged.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?
Due to Sierra’s limited availability & ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our spa if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is not to book any appointments until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.
What is your late policy?
If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will have to pay a $50 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be billed the additional $50 but we will reschedule your appointment & charge full cost of service.
What happens if I don’t pay my late fee or my cancellation?
You will not be able to book any more appointments with Sierrenityskin until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 days, you will be banned from Sierrenityskin & the bill will be sent to collections.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?
No. Once any product leaves our spa, it cannot be returned. If you have a defective or damaged product, please bring it to the spa so we may exchange it with the company.
